Finding Your Space - how it works
-
1. Fill out the connection form
Tell us a little about yourself — what you’re moving through, what you’re curious about, or what kind of space you’re looking for.
-
2. We read every request with care
Every form is reviewed personally (no algorithms here). We take time to understand where you’re at and what kind of practitioner or offering might feel like a good match.
-
3. Receive your match
You’ll get an email with a gentle introduction to your practitioner and a link to book your first session.
-
4. Have your session — online or in person
Sessions are led by kind, thoughtful practitioners — people in training, building experience, or choosing to offer their work at an accessible rate. You’ll meet in a way that works best for you.
-
5. Reflect, continue, or try something new
There’s no pressure. You can keep going with your practitioner, explore another practice, or simply take what resonated and come back whenever it feels right.
